Which slimming club?

I am contemplating joining a slimming club...but can't decide which one... Slimming World. Weight Watchers.

What works best to motivate you to stick to your diet and exercise plan?

I have over 50 lbs to lose, but I refuse to be a recluse until I've shaken it off. Lately I have been using the fact that I will be participating to the SELF Workout in the Park (NYC) in about 2 weeks, to motivate me to exercise and eat better, so I can better keep up with the fun classes! What is your current motivation?

Home workout vs. Gym?

Do you think you can achieve the same amount of success working out at home instead of going to a gym? Yes! No Way!

What food is the most likely to make you want to stray from your diet?
