so i havent budged since my last update. i had a nice valentines day with my honey but unfortunatley i ate pasta at the italian place and then felt totally bloated and gross afterwards. it doesnt help that ive been pmsing so it wasnt all that romantic. sometimes its sooo hard to diet around my boyfriend. he has no regard for what hes eating! right now im feeling slightly depressed about my dieting. i feel like my pilates videos are not working. and i have no time to go to the gym cause i work full time and dont get home from school sometimes till 10pm. im going to try and kick it up this weekend and work out as much as i can. its just so frustrating to workout for two weeks and not see any progress!

It's so easy to throw all your self-restraint to the wind when you're with your guy, isn't it? Don't worry, it's just one day, and you can always make better choices from now on. Is pilates all you're doing for workouts now? Maybe you could fit some cardio in that doesn't involve going to the gym. And it's only been two weeks... if you're looking to see changes in your body, give yourself about six, or more if you're not working out all the time. It's hard to see the changes anyway, since you're looking for them all the time and it's so gradual. Have you taken any measurements of yourself (with a measuring tape, not just stepping on the scale) because that's more reliable than looking in the mirror and waiting for something to look drastically different. Keep pushing and you'll get there, be patient!
1i read that to lose weight you have to do more cardio. i love pilates, but if thats all you're doing, you will not see significant changes in your body weight (esp in 2 wks). BUT, pilates is great as a lifelong activity and it strengthens etc. maybe your vids are too easy?? look for more challenging ones!
monica is right. my weight loss has been stagnant recently too. so you just have to be patient!
