I have a wedding to go to next month and although i am not part of the wedding party there is still all of the stress of needing to look good in a nice dress. I have a dress picked out and it is a little bit tight on me. I spent 110$ on it and i dont want to take it back! All the pressure of knowing that there will be a ton of people taking pictures and a ton of cameras everywhere is really getting to me. I know that the camera adds 10lbs and im still 10lbs away from my goal weight. I eat healthy and excersize almost every day and am not sure how to drop this weight in time for the wedding. Right now my eating habits are like: coffee w/ 2 tbs of cream for breakfast, 2 chicken soft tacos for lunch or a tuna wrap, granola bar and V8 for afternoon snack, 4 oz of chicken or fish for dinner with salad and 1 cup of soup. At the gym i have been doing a good 45 mins of cardio daily and lifting weights 3 days a week. I really want to take a class but i dont get off work till 8 and all the last classes at my gym start at 7! Does anyone have any goods tips or advice for taking off 10lbs quick?? I am desperate!

Some have suggested the Master Cleanse (done by Beyonce) which involves syrup, lemon juice & cayenne pepper among other ingredients.
But basically it would be going to the bathroom all the time. Sure it cleans you out but the reality is that you are losing water weight so...you'll gain it right back...
And you can only drink this juice for our meals...
1The fastest way to lose weight (but may I remind you not long term healthy) is to cut out all carbs. That causes you to lose water weight rapidly and cause you to lose about 10-20 lbs in a month depending on your body. This is a water weight loss, good for short term goals like fitting into a dress for an event. So cut out all carbs just until the wedding, keep working out, take a multivitamin with a meal everyday, and drink water. May I also suggest green tea, because it's been found to gently stoke the metabolism, burning about 100 extra calories daily- it's also just really great for you.
Good luck! This will work for ya!
2superfox is right no carbs (STILL EAT YOUR VEGGEIS THOUGHT) is the fastest way... i wouldn't do that clense diet that sounds super unhealthy - lean meats and veggies is still alright for you (not the best don't do it long term)
3Drink LOTS of water!! If that V8 you're drinking isn't the Low Sodium, SWITCH NOW! But do keep drinking it, I think it's very filling and it's pretty high in potassium, which I've heard acts as a natural diuretic...
The tuna wrap and granola bar are raising some red flags with me. What all is in the tuna wrap? Do you put mayo in that? And how much sugar/fat is in that granola bar? Instead of eating that, try some fruit mixed with yogurt for a good high fiber/protein low fat snack.
Just drink lots of water to flush yourself out, and lots of fiber and protein to keep yourself full!! Pinkgirl is right, lots of fresh veggies and lean meats!
4Try jumping rope for 30 min. Jumping rope blasts a lot of calories and tones your whole body. I lost 15 lbs this summer just by jumping rope, doing the Shape Bikini Body Boot Camp video and keeping a food journal 5 days a week. Best of luck!
5Hey I have heard that if you switch up your caloric intake everyday it can speed up your metabolism. Your tricking your body apparently so it helps you burn fats at a faster rate.
6Do not eat anything after 6pm. You'll see how fast it starts to come off.
7sometimes when you feel hungry, its really just your body telling you you are thirsty. so instead of your snacks, try a glass of lemon water or real 100% juice (not the fake sugar stuff)
