I know how bad high fructose corn syrup is for me. I was wondering what everyone thought of this. On Oprah, Dr. Oz said that high fructose corn syrup actuallys blocks a chemical that tells your brain that you are full. I really believe this but was wondering if anyone else has heard anything else about. I wonder because one of my qualms about dieting is that I never feel full until its too late (another reason why I stick to smaller plates with smaller protions)
