My weakness is when I come to my boyfriends apartment on the weekend, and of course he has NO food in his fridge...so instead of buying something healthy from the grocery store..I just accept

i'd probably have to go with homemade sweets. i try to avoid white flour products as much as possible and am pretty good about ordering healthier choices if we eat out (not always though

I always allow myself some chocolate. Specially dark chocolate since its good for you. I get the dove bite size dark chocolates. They are so rich that one is enough for me which works out
