my first week is over and just wanted to let u guys to know i lost 5.2lbs so far..10 more to go..trust me im not the one to brag..just wanted to let some of you guys you're not alone and im happy we're all getting healthy together! =)

congratz on ur sucess, but isn't it true in a week the health amount of weight to lose is 1 or 2lbs, just wanted to let you know.
1Great job!! Keep up the good work.. And yes 1lyfe you're correct, but I think when someone first starts dieting it's not uncommon for a lot of weight to drop quickly.

1lyfe, yeah, I'm pretty sure ccsugar is right, usually a couple of those pounds are water weight.
3even if its water weight or not its really motivating to see some fast results in first days
4thnx for ur support guyss..yea i think when you first start a diet you lose the most weight the first week bc your body went from eating whatever to being restricted + water weight.xoxo
