SODA SEENS THEN. I LOST 25 POUNDS BY MAY 2008 I WAS LOOKING ALOT BETTER AND FELT GREAT. BUT IT TOOK A BIG TWIST
AROUND SEPT. 2008 I GOT SEPARATED FROM MY HUSBAND AND BETWEEN STRESS DIVORCE AND EVERYTHING I PUT ALL THE
WEIGHT BACK, NOW I STARTED IN SEPT.14 2008 WITH 161 POUNDS I AM EATING GOOD HEALTHY NO RICE, NO GREASE STEAKS.
LOTS OF FRUITS,YOGURT,SALADS,FISH ETC. I WEIGHTED MYSELF ON SEPT.28 AND I WENT DOWN 151 POUNDS I THINK ITS A GOOD
PROGRESS. I AM DOING CARDIO EVERY MORNING 30 TO 45 MINUTES. I HAVE READ THAT CARDIO AND EXERCISE IN THE
MORNING ARE THE BEST BECAUSE YOU BURN MORE FAT. I HAVE NOT WEIGHTED MY SELF ANYMORE AS SOON AS I DO I WILL POST IT .
New Look
I know how you feel, this feels like my millionth time of going through this. I am currently doing the Live Life Lighter Program at the Green Spa and Wellness Center in Bayridge Brooklyn. Even though I get unlimited support from the group and a personalized nutrition program. I am still struggling, it is like my mind is fighting back. WHy must this be so hard?
1I ask "why" on almost a daily basis, so I understand where you're coming from.
2I've been over 200 down to 128 and back up again. I've tried everything. I've been following a "no packaged/no preservatives" diet for about 6 months, but I always figure out the loop holes. Last week I picked up a book in Borders book store called: Addictive Thinking and The Addictive Personality by Twerski. It's brilliant! It mainly focuses on drug and alcohol addiction, but like we know, food addiction falls under addiction as well. It has helped me understand how I've constructed faulty thinking patterns and how to change the way I think about food. I highly recommend it.
