With a new beginning I decided I need a new outlook as my old one was letting me down too much.
Previously if I didn't lose "enough" I'd be let down and discouraged, I didn't want to exercise as I thought it wasn't helping.
I started using our gym a couple of weeks ago and got sick. I honestly thought I was going to give up then and there. But I’ve been back this week (still not over my cold but kicking it) and guess what... I've lost a kilo! (2.2lbs).
Normally I'd think this wasn’t enough or fast enough but I’m testing the "slow and steady" weight loss theory to see if it says off.
I still have that anxiety that's I will be defeated but I’m trying to do my best

good for you, but if that is you in your avatar then you don't need to loose weight. You look great. Keep it up.
2I agree with Kaza - but no matter how skinny you are exercising is good - so that is great that you are starting to work out. Don't work out to the point where you get sick, but even a short workout every other day will help you get into the habit.
3Oh I wish i could say i still looked like that I'm about 5kg's or 11lbs heavier.That pic was taken at my goal weight
