With a new beginning I decided I need a new outlook as my old one was letting me down too much.

Previously if I didn't lose "enough" I'd be let down and discouraged, I didn't want to exercise as I thought it wasn't helping.

I started using our gym a couple of weeks ago and got sick. I honestly thought I was going to give up then and there. But I’ve been back this week (still not over my cold but kicking it) and guess what... I've lost a kilo! (2.2lbs).

Normally I'd think this wasn’t enough or fast enough but I’m testing the "slow and steady" weight loss theory to see if it says off.

I still have that anxiety that's I will be defeated but I’m trying to do my best
