I have over 50 lbs to lose, but I refuse to be a recluse until I've shaken it off. Lately I have been using the fact that I will be participating to the SELF Workout in the Park (NYC) in about 2 weeks, to motivate me to exercise and eat better, so I can better keep up with the fun classes! What is your current motivation? What are you using to push you, to keep you on track?
