amazon.comI just bought this great little at home elliptical. I have a TEENY TINY apartment and I can't afford (both time and financially) to go to a gym. It tracks calories, distance, and repetitions. It's got a resistance knob so that you can switch things up as you get better. The drawback is that there is no upper body workout component, but I just pick up my free weights and work my arms at the same time.

1anything? Is it hard to keep your balance?
It's actually not that hard to keep balance. I thought it would be more difficult to get the hang of it from the reviews on Amazon, but I've only had trouble when I switch from forward to reverse motion. Once in reverse it's no problem too. I got mine at (GI) Joe's though for $10 less. It ended up being $98 even with tax here.
2I have always been interesting in these things!
3i have one of these and i love love love it! you can get some now with resistance bands attached in order to work your upper body - works wonders on your waist!
4I wonder if it is something that I could stick under my desk and do while sitting and working- obvious not nearly as great as a full workout but still something to keep moving???
