Hey all -

Have you all checked out the latest copy of Every Day Foods with Martha Stewart? The January/February issue focuses on "lite" foods and the recipes are tasty too. Dieting and counting calories doesn't have to be boring or bland. I find that if I eat food that satisfies by palate as well as fills my belly, the chances of snacking (or even worse binging) are a lot lower.
